Italnastri has been operating in the self-adhesive sector for several years now and has an in-depth knowledge of all the related problems and technical details.

This experience, combined with a constant striving toward innovation, allows our in-house laboratory to develop and apply exclusive ideas. In particular, Italnastri has patented an exclusive technology able to produce forgery-proof self-adhesive labels. 

 

The technology conceived by Italnastri allows to print logos and trademarks between the “front” material, this being the actual label, and its support, that is the material that protects the adhesive part to be detached in order to apply the label.

Through a special production technique, the logos and trademarks are stamped between the label and the adhesive part and, thanks to a special treatment, remain anchored to the same and “protected” by the adhesive material they are covered with. Once the label is made, the logos and trademarks remain invisible to the eye but if the label is lit by a UV ray lamp these become visible, identifying the product  or the producer. The Italnastri patent is applicable to any type of label material, from paper to plastic film and allows to obtain a final product with the same features and the same quality as the  other Italnastri products with the advantage of offering a safe system for protecting large scale consumption products including cosmetics, foodstuffs, pharmaceutical products, wine and oil, thanks also to its extremely contained cost.
